Her flower images offer a soothing balance of beauty, color and sensuality. She also captures Hawaii’s abundantly spectacular scenic beauty found in her images of Akaka Falls, Hawaii Island coastline and our beloved honu (sea turtle) swimming in a local tide pool.

At the Hilo Farmer’s Market Sue also sells beautiful batik sarongs like none other, as well as a collection of casual sophisticated handbags she found on her photography trips overseas. The sarongs are hand-dyed with simple elegant designs in a variety of natural luscious colors. Her handbags are beautifully embroidered or beaded on a rich cotton canvas. Each one is unique, well made, with beautiful embellishments and extra features like cell phone and zipper pouches.
