We bake out of our own commercial kitchen, located in Kawaihae. We are Hawaii's gluten free go to baker and have developed some wonderful recipes that people love. We have been baking for about seven years now in Hawaii but have slowly transitioned to more of a health oriented bakery due to the great demand for gluten free products.
Our breads include Multigrain, Rosemary, Cinnamon Raisin varieties, and we just introduced a new Probiotic Poi bread with the poi coming from Waipio Valley Al Ignacio, the vendor next to me at the Hilo Farmers Market, sells it to me. The sour poi gives the bread a sourdough quality and it is truly amazing. We also sell a variety of sweets: Lilikoi Pound Cake, Banana Bread, Big Cup Brownies... all gluten free. We sell our products at a long list of stores and restaurants, including KTA Superstores, Island Naturals, Island Gourmet, Healthways II and Keaau Natural Foods. We are talking to retailers on the other islands and hope to have our products off island soon.
